Fired Up Stilettos is a stripper led, grass-roots labour rights movement based in Aotearoa. Formed in response to years of injustice in the strip club, inspired by a rich history of sex worker activism, working for tomorrow’s 18 year old girls.

FUS has the opportunity to give another speech in Parliament, speaking on our petition Strippers’ Rights are Workers Rights’. This is our last opportunity to speak on the petition, and to respond to the submissions that have been made by WorkSafe and Commerce Commission. We are collecting experiences and opinions from adult entertainment workers across Aotearoa to inform our final submission.

FUS was featured on TVNZ Sunday to talk about the exploitation dancers face at work in Aotearoa. Watch it here
